다른 부분도 대체로 평탄하지만, 셸터, 주거비 지수가 연속적으로 0.1%로 확연히 안정화되었습니다. 그리고 주거비 지수는 CPI에서 약 35% 이상을 차지하는 단일 지수로서는 가장 비중이 큰 중요 지수입니다. 자가주거비(OER): 25.849% 실제 임대료(Rent): 7.716% 나머지는 호텔 등 기타 shelter 항목입니다. 그리고 주거비 지수는 타 지수에 비해 래깅이 1년 이상으로 무척 길지만, 한번 안정화 되면 그 안정화도 오래간다는 특징이 있죠. CPI 차원에서 크게 튀기는 이제 제법 어렵다고 판단합니다. 출처
