أسبوعان فقط، كانت المدة الزمنية التي فصلت فتىً اعتقل في قسم الأشبال في سجن مجدو عن الإصابة في مرض السكابيوس. بقي المرض ينهش جسده خمسة شهور وصل خلالها إلى الموت وعاد. وهذه قصته الحقيقية التي وثقها متراس عبر مقابلة مباشرة معه بعد تحرره.

كان حلمه الشهادö منذ كان طفلاً في الابتدائية، وطوال سنوات عمره ال٢٢ سعى بصدق وراء هذا الحلم، تكررت محاولات اغتياله حتى بلغت عش وكشبح عنيد نجا من آخرها قبل سنة ونصف وظل مطارداً من حينها لا يُعرف له أثر رغم أن البلاد مستباحة من الأعداء.. واليوم في مساء جمعة وربما في ساعة استجابة تحقق الحلم وارتقى إلى ربه وهو على ذات الطريق.. أجرى متراس هذه المقابلة مع الشـــ Hـــ يد قيس من داخل مخيم جنين بتاريخ 17/12/2024.
