🔥У ніч на 16 серпня Сили оборони уразили ФКП «Комбінат "Каменський"» у Каменську-Шахтинському Ростовської області — виробника твердого ракетного палива для «Урагану», «Смерчу» та «Торнадо-С». При збереженні нинішніх темпів, за оцінкою математичної моделі, в цьому місяці окупанти знову втратять щонайменше 40 тисяч особового складу. Також вже зараз можна сказати, що цей місяць дуже результативний на знищення ППО та ракетних систем залпового вогню. Інші показники не відстають від попередніх місяців. расія знову зіткнулася з проблемами нестачі пального. Фотографія свіжа. Як мінімум у 10 регіонах влада повернула обмеження на продаж пального, вводять ліміти, місцями просто немає марок бензину взагалі. Це вже друга хвиля дефіциту за літо. 11 серпня, після атаки зупинився Орський НПЗ. Його потужність близько 115 тисяч барелів на добу, ремонт пошкодженого обладнання займе місяці, не менше.
