Лишние пробелы в тексте - довольно частая проблема в Excel. Один лишний пробел в конце или начале строки (а может и посередине) легко приведет к неработоспособности формул (таких как СУММЕСЛИ или ВПР). Исправить проблему, как известно, можно с помощью функции СЖПРОБЕЛЫ. А если эту функцию использовать как формулу для проверки данных, то можно запретить пользователю случайно ввести лишний пробел в тексте. #УР2 #Пров

Использование формул в проверке данных позволяет создавать довольно сложные условия. Например, можно запретить вводить в ячейку любой текст, кроме такого, который начинается с заданных символов и при этом имеет общую длину не более 10 символов. Такая проверка может быть полезна при вводе каких-то артикулов, серийных номеров и т.д. Реализуется простейшими текстовыми формулами ДЛСТР и ЛЕВСИМВ. #УР2 #Проверка_данных

Одна из классических проблем Excel - уменьшение размера ползунков на полосах прокрутки. Бывает так, что таблица на листе небольшая, а ползунки очень маленькие. Тянем их чуть в сторону - и улетаем на десятки, а то и сотни ячеек. Очень неудобно. Проблема в больших размерах задействованной рабочей области листа. Если нажать Ctrl+End, то курсор переместится в ячейку, которая является последней в использованной области.

Вводить данные в таблицы с большим количеством колонок неудобно. Приходится постоянно листать вправо, нельзя охватить взгядом все значения в новой строке. Если у вас есть такая проблема, то попробуйте использовать инструмент "Форма". Он позволяет работать с каждой отдельной строкой таблицы, выстраивая значения в виде списка сверху вниз. Можно просматривать строки, изменять, удалять, вставлять новые. Полноценная форм

В Excel есть суперполезная возможность брать подписи для точек на диаграмме из любых ячеек. Для этого надо перейти в формат подписей данных и установить галочку "значения из ячеек". С помощью этой функции можно делать много интересного. Например, можно создать гибрид нормированной гистограммы и обычной. На такой диаграмме будет видна высота столбцов относительно друг друга, но при этом будет возможность увидеть, как

Есть список файлов с указанием полного пути и расширения, а нужно извлечь только имя какого-то файла? Идеальная задача для мгновенного заполнения! Имя файла будет находиться перед точкой, указывающей расширение, и сразу за последней косой чертой, отделяющей папки в адресе файла. Такой шаблон (основанный на разделителях) отлично распознается мгновенным заполнением. Вводим в соседний столбец пару имен из первых строк

Недавно показывали, как можно контролировать ввод в ячейку какого-то символа. Если таких символов много, то лучше их вынести в отдельный диапазон и создать для проверки формулу массива. В ее основе будет лежать все та же функция СЧЕТЕСЛИ, а так как мы вводим формулу в окно проверки данных, то нам даже не потребуется "массивный" ввод. Просто пишем формулу и жмём ОК. Ну и помните, что проверка данных - это атрибут яче

Навык для новичков: если нужно вводить одни и те же данные или формулы сразу в несколько ячеек, то копирование из уже введенной - не единственный вариант. Можно сразу выделить все нужные ячейки, начать вводить данные, а завершить ввод нажатием клавиш Ctrl+Enter. Введенное значение или формула тут же окажется во всех выделенных ячейках. Разбираем простенькую задачу. Есть таблица с номерами чеков, товарами и суммами продаж. Нужно определить 5 товаров, которые чаще всего встречаются в таблице. Один из вариантов решения - сводная таблица. Помещаем Товары сразу и в строки, и в значения (в значениях, разумеется, считаем Количество). А затем просто применяем фильтр, оставляя ТОП5 наибольших значений по полю Количество. #УР2 #Сводные_таблицы
