Завершилась третья неделя роста по индексу Мосбиржи. В прошлую пятницу задался вопросом, а почему бы еще не порасти 2-3 недели? Одна неделя роста уже есть. Неплохо было бы и на следующей неделе подрасти. Слабеющий рубль должен поддержать рынок акций. @marketdumki

Пока инвесторы ищут новые районы с высоким потенциалом роста, нужно вспомнить, что одним из самых устойчивых драйверов арендного спроса остаются крупные университеты. Например, в МГТУ им. Баумана прирост только бюджетных мест ожидается на 5%, а общее количество заявлений на 15-20% выше по сравнению с прошлым годом. Кстати, о самой Мосбирже. Очень много последнее время слышал плохих слов о ней - "Помоекс","казино", "место для хомяков" и т.д. Привел лишь некоторые не самые жесткие слова. Можно сколько угодно ругаться на рынок, на саму площадку, на регулятора, но какой от этого толк? В кармане от этого больше не станет. На любом рынке можно зарабатывать. Поэтому я выбрал другой путь. Чуть менее месяца назад купил акции Мосбиржи…
Индекс Мосбиржи в понедельник прибавил еще 1.6%, закрывшись на отметке 2262 пункта. Раздражающий многих рост плавно переходит в категорию "бесячий рост". @marketdumki

Индекс Мосбиржи закрыл всего лишь на всего вторую неделю ростом после 4-х месяцев снижения (ранее о вероятности такого движения). И тем не менее этот рост уже многих раздражает. Представляю, как будет бесить начавшийся рост, если он еще продлится 2-3 недели. А действительно, почему бы еще не порасти после 19 недель непрерывного снижения? 🤔 @marketdumki
