6 октября в Нью-Йорке представят новый Jaguar Type 01. А сегодня показали салон. Красиво, конечно, но какая-то фигня. :) Что за уродский мини-экранчик по центру? Как этим пользоваться вообще? Кресла интересные, но даже выглядят неудобными. Да и центральный тоннель спорный.

Вот так будет выглядеть жилой проект Ридж на месте грузового двора за Рижским вокзалом. Это по-соседству с жк МОД (он на первой картинке слева). Будут небоскребы до 69 этажей и почти 2000 квартир. Не люблю это место из-за промзон и стремного участника Трешки, здорово если новые дома преобразят это место!

Гостиницу «Люксъ» (или «Центральную») на Тверской реконструируют. Это напротив мэрии. Исторические фасады сохранят, надстроив здание стеклянным объемом с террасами. Там разместится панорамный ресторан. Высота «комплекса» составит 11 эт. Интересно, что в новости не упоминается, что это будет отель, но было бы странно в таком шумном месте строить очередной жк. Обещают закончить в Q2 2028.

В центре сюжета гибель информатора Джона Барнетта, менеджера по качеству, который публично рассказывал о проблемах с безопасностью самолётов и умер при невыясненных обстоятельствах в 2024. Потрёпанный жизнью пешеходный мост Багратион, соединяющий Кутузовский с Сити, преобразится. Появились картинки того, как он может выглядеть. А выглядит странно. Напомню, что сейчас мост закрыт из-за строительства небоскрёба RWB Wildberries. Его судьба в свете последних событий тоже не вселяет оптимизма.

Кинопоиск опубликовал рейтинг Колобка. От фальшстарта он ушел недалеко - позорные 1,6. На самом деле получился интересный кейс гражданского протеста.
