Про завтраки🍳 Ошибки худеющих. В идеале завтрак должен быть таким, чтобы после него не хотелось есть 4-5 часов! ✖️Поэтому я против истории с чисто углеводными завтраки, типа овсянки с ягодами и т.д., - от таких уже через час начинает подступать голод👌🏼 Нормальный завтрак должен включать в себя белок, сложный углевод, жир и клетчатку в рамках общей порции не более 300 г. (у мужчин 400 г.) Больше - это уже про переед…

Лето, хочется быть красивой и яркой, даже гуляя с коляской по парку.
