14 августа в Беговом центре состоится открытая тренировка с Лилией Мендаевой — двукратной чемпионкой России по легкой атлетике на дистанциях 1500 и 3000 м, рекордсменкой России в беге на одну милю по шоссе и две мили в помещении.
Тренировка начнется с 15-минутной разминки на стадионе. После нее участники выполнят специальные беговые упражнения, разделятся на команды и примут участие в эстафетах.
