Писал об этом сразу после Крокуса. Концертный зал, ТЦ можно защитить спецназом. А а что делать с фанатиком с ножом или за рулём автомобиля? Запретить ножи и автомобили не получится. И угрожать самоубийце смертной казнью тоже бесперспективно

Конкретно по этому делу содержательной позиции КС можно не ждать. Единый округ был более 5000 избирателей. А вот если бы менее, то возникла бы серьёзная коллизия с неравенством кандидатов
