В МинГОЧС Приморья знают толк в работе с населением! То тревожные смс всем разошлют, то некие штрафы в полмиллиона рублей придумают. Для родителей, разумеется, а не для чиновников, которые не могут перекрыть доступ к карьерам и т.п. Надеюсь, инициатива согласована с правовым департаментом и руководством региона. Анонсировать драконовские штрафы перед выборами — самое то!
