Auf Anraten seines Anwälte-Teams hat sich Fauci entschieden, auf jede einzelne Frage von seinem „5th Amendment Right“, dem Recht des fünften Verfassungszusatzes auf Schweigen Gebrauch zu machen, um sich nicht selbst zu belasten.
