特首稱用行政手段推動長者接種疫苗 暫不會立法強制 行政長官林鄭月娥表示，暫時不會立法強制長者接種新冠疫苗，目前應用行政手段，用最大力量在院舍、家居及社區安排長者打針。林鄭月娥表示，目前70歲或以上長者接種率達七成，80歲或以上長者接種率為五成六，約有28萬3千名70歲或以上的長者仍未接種疫苗，認為如何令他們打針是現階段最大挑戰，亦是未來防疫抗疫措施能否調較的關鍵，希望大家努力；亦希望傳媒宣傳打針，而非將個別個案有否打針而死亡作廣泛報道。林鄭月娥提到，長者打針是一個非常困難的問題，當中涉及醫療、道德及個人選擇，應該要獲得同意才打針，但在今波疫情，因為長者打針比率不高而出現高死亡率，政府已推動院舍接種工作，但最令人傷感是有一成院友因為家人書面反對而未能打針，呼籲家人為保護長者、其他院友及保障公立醫院，讓他們接種疫苗。 2022-03-20 13:02:09
