정말 도움을 요청드리고 싶어 이렇게 올립니다. 정말 무거운 마음으로 이 글을 올리게됩니다. 저희 아버지는 대형회사에서 IT담당 임원으로 계십니다. 메모리가격 인상에 따라 계약을 재체결하는 과정에서 높은가격으로 재 계약을 진행하는 과정에서 제대로 이전 계약 마무리가 제대로 되지 못하고 진행이됨과 함께 최종 결재자가 되시면서 감사에서 계속해서 회사에 수백억에 가까운 손해를 입혔다고 압박을 받으시는것 같습니다. 결론이 나지 않았지만 수백억을 추징을 당할 수 있다는 압박감에… 좋지못한 선택을 시도하셨습니다. 혹시 이와관련하여 상담을 할 수 있거나 관련 전문가를 알고 계신분이 있다면 지나치치지마시고 한번만이라도 조언을 주시면 너무나도 감사하겠습니다. 제가 지금 당장 못하더라도 꼭 평생에 걸쳐서라도 보은하겠습니다 @netdebtzer0 로 연…

얼마전 업무 차 나온 어느 항만 부두 모습. 이제는 90% 이상 무인화가 되었음. 영상에 보이는 움직이는 모든 것이 무인으로 작동 중. 불과 1~2년 전만 해도 무인화가 이정도까지는 아니었던 것 같은데,,,, 여기에 투입되던 많은 인력들은 전부 어디로 갔을까,,,,? 50% 정도는 자영업으로 가지 않았을까..,?(레드오션 심화) 무인화가 가능한 곳은 아주 빠르게 이루어지고 있다는 걸 지속 체감 중.

군대는 철저한 '상명하복' 관계의 집단이어야 함. 이 체계가 무너지면 그 나라의 국방력은 붕괴됨. 미국의 군대는 '자유'가 보장되지만 지휘체계에서는 '상명하복'이 철저히 지켜지는 집단임. 반면 한국은? 자유만 강조되고 상명하복은 사라지는 모양새,, 흡사 군대가 학교와 비슷해지고 있다는 생각이 듬. 장병의 생활권이 보장되고 자유가 보장되어야 하지만, 상명하복 시스템 역시 절대적으로 유지가 되어야함. 군대는 학교가 아니고 부모나 다른 집단의 입김도 들어가는 곳이 되어서는 안됨. 그리고 이로 인해 지휘관들이 절대적으로 위축되어 명령 자체를 이런저런 생각과 상황 때문에 못 내리고 우왕좌왕 하는 사태가 절대 일어나는 안되는 집단임. 대한민국은 휴전국가임을 절대 잊어서는 안됨.

군의 근간은 징집병이 아니라 지휘관인 장교와 그를 리드하는 부사관입니다. 징병제 하에선 지휘관이 붕괴하면 몰락 외엔 없습니다

절대로 그런 일이 생기면 안 되지만 우리는 매 순간 죽어가고 있고 평범한 일상 같지만 매 순간 죽을 위기가 차고도 넘치게 일어납니다. 저는 개인적으로 그런 위기에 노출되어 있는 일에 종사하다 보니 사실 사건 사고에 이제는 너무나 초연하고 죽는 것은 남겨진 사람들이 슬퍼할까 봐 미안해서 그렇지 제가 죽는 것 자체는 무섭지 않습니다. 군대라는 곳은 대한민국 남성이라면 그런 환경에 거의 처음으로 노출되어 보는 곳이고, 나의 사랑하는 사람들을 지킨다는 자부심과 의무를 처음으로 배우는 곳이라고 생각합니다. 그래서 더 철저히 훈련하고 그만큼 군 간부들에게 미군과 같은 대우를 해줘야 합니다. 미군 같은 시스템으로 가야 우리가 더 부강할 수 있고 그게 더 안전한 길임에도 국방력을 계속 약화시키는 것 같아 마음이 좀 그렇습니다ㅠ
