جواب عاقبت بخیر . قسمی که مخالفتش کفاره دارد ، دارای شرائطیست که در توضیح المسائل ذکر شده و یکی از شرائط، قسم به اسمی از اسامی خدا است پس مخالفت با قسم به قران کفاره ندارد

سوال وقت بخیر یه سوال داشتم ممنون میشم جواب بدین من قسم خوردم و دست گزاشتم رو قرآن و گفتم از یه جایی رد نمیشم و کاری به اونجا ندارم،،،،،،، اما بعد دو روز از اونجا رد شدم و قسمم شکست البته در حالت عصبانیت قسم خوردم حکم شکستن قسمم چیه کفاره داره؟؟

جواب : اگر احکام دین ( واجبات و محرمات و ...) را هر کس واقعا میتوانست بفهمد ، تقلید لازم نبود . اما وقتی بالوجدان تقریبا همه مسلمین و شیعیان ، خودشان میفهمند که از واجبات مثل نماز و روزه احکام معاملات و .... اطلاعی ندارند ، و قدرت فهمیدن انها را هم ندارند و عقلشان هم واجب و حرام و حلال و حرام و .... دین را نمیتواند بفهمد ، ایا عقل حتی یک پسر ده ساله نمیگوید : در این امور فنی و تخصصی مانند همه علوم تخصصی دیگر همچون ط…

سوال : چرا باید از مجتهد تقلید کنیم؟ مگر خدا به انسان عقل نداده ؟ چرا نمیتواند هرکس به هر چه میفهمد عمل کند و لازم است حتما به قول مجتهدین عمل نماید ؟

سوال : شیعیان معتقد به وجود امام زمان ع هستند که حدود ۱۲ قرن است که در غیبت بسر میبرند و خدا میداند چه مقدار بعد از این غیبت ان حضرت ع ادامه خواهد داشت . سوال این است : وجود امامی که در این مدت طولانی غائب است ، چه فائده دارد ؟ مگر فلسفه وجود امام ، امامت و هدایت مردم نیست ، طبیعی است که با غیبت امام ع این فائده منتفی است . پس وجود غائب ان حضرت ع چه اثری دارد ؟
