Сегодня в Ленинском районном суде города Перми прошло очередное заседание о рассмотрении вопроса продления срока содержания под стражей Константина Окунева по ходатайству следствия. Судья ожидаемо поддержала обвинение и прокуратуру, оставив политика в СИЗО до 27 июня. Расследование дела уже заканчивается.

Александр Иванов пока остаётся на улице. Сегодня его дом полностью снесли. Он всё ещё является собственником своей старой квартиры, а новую пока не получил, но имущество уже уничтожили. Да и решение суда не вступило в законную силу, если его ждали, чтобы закончить снос. К тому же, возбуждено уголовное дело, ведётся расследование или как? Закончим день хоть какой-то хорошей новостью. Сегодня суд принял решение о предоставлении Александру Иванову жилья взамен утраченного в аварийном доме. Квартиру должны предоставить в городе Перми, площадью 33 кв метра. Спасибо огромное Станиславу Шестакову, который представлял интересы пермяка. По словам юриста, в данном случае выбрать жильё, а не компенсацию - лучший выход, потому что можно было остаться с полутора…
