Wildberries купил здание бывшего офиса ФК Открытие у ВТБ почти за ₽13 млрд. Комплекс находится в центре Москвы, у Павелецкого вокзала.
Сначала маркетплейс планировал просто арендовать площади, но решил выкупить их целиком. ВТБ распродает непрофильную недвижимость.
Владельцы ПВЗ Wildberries начали активно их распродавать. На площадках нашли уже больше 9 тыс. объявлений.
Есть лоты от ₽100 тыс. до ₽15,5 млн в зависимости от локации, оборота и количеста ПВЗ (иногда продают сразу сеть). Но в среднем пункты стоят ~₽400 тыс.
Причины продажи не пишут, но мы с вами догадываемся.
