삼성전자 법원 판결. 시황맨 삼성전자 파업 관련 법원 판결이 나왔는데.. '위법쟁의 가처분 일부 인용' 말이 좀 어렵죠. 쉽게 말해 파업을 할거면.. 공장 돌아가는데 문제는 없도록 해 놓고 파업해 이런 말입니다 작업이 멈추면 웨이퍼 변질되고 손상이 될 수 있으니 이런 것 관리하는 인력을 유지하라고 한 겁니다. 파업은 생산 차질을 감수해서라도 의지를 보여 주는 것을 말하는데. 평상시 수준은 유지하게 하고 파업을 하라는 것은 사실상 하지 말라는거죠. 더군다나 어기면 노조는 하루 1억원, 간부들은 하루 1000만원씩 회사에 지급하도록 판결이 났습니다. 법적인 문제 계속 이어가지 말고 협상해서 빨리 해결되었으면 좋겠네요.
