WB ввёл платные отмены заказов В зависимости от города услуга стоит от 50₽ до 100₽ за один товар. Отменить заказ можно на любом этапе — даже если он ещё не в ПВЗ. Ранее отказаться можно было либо сразу после оформления, либо когда товар уже доехал в ПВЗ. Таким образом WB хочет компенсировать работу логистических цепочек.

Клиенты WB жалуются, что маркетплейсы пытается списать деньги, даже если карта отвязана Автор видео не забрала товары из ПВЗ — из-за этого маркетплейс решил снять у неё 1600₽. Девушка отвязала карту и приняла решение после этого не пользоваться WB. Однако маркетплейс продолжил пытаться списать деньги с уже отвязанной картой. Кроме того, WB скрутил её сумму выкупа.

WB разрешил отключить скидку, но комиссия при этом не снижается Маркетплейс дал возможность продавцам вернуть контроль над ценой. Теперь можно точечно выбрать товары, которые не должны участвовать в скидках, через Excel-файл. WB Банк запустил потребительские кредиты Теперь клиенты маркетплейса могут брать кредиты на сумму от 30 000₽ до 500 000₽ на срок от 24 до 60 месяцев. Их можно оформлять не только ради покупок на WB, но переводить себе и другим людям, а также снимать наличные в банкомате. Китайские селлеры украли изобретение российского продавца Мужчина самостоятельно разработал особую подставку для удочки и даже запатентовал её. В результате через полгода на Ozon и WB появились сотни аналогичных рогаток. Китайские продавцы ставят цену меньше благодаря тому, что у них комиссия ниже.
