Узнал о внезапной кончине социолога и урбаниста Елены Трубиной. Многие знакомы с ее книгой «Город в теории: опыт осмысления пространства». Мы с ней дружили в Сети, обсуждали книги про города (восхищались кирпичом (1200 стр.) Cities in Civilization сэра Питера Холла, а я обещал ей сообщить, когда напишу работу о «Культурных столицах» Азии, Африки и Латинской Америки (работа так и не состоялась)… Прекрасный был челове…
