كتب بعض الفضلاء بحثا في "المسائل الفقهية التي وصفها العلامة المرداوي بالحسن - دراسة استقرائية تحليلية"، وحكم في بعض المجلات العلمية، وسينشر في أحد أعدادها القادمة بإذن الله تعالى عسى الله أن ينفع به، ويتقبله منه ولعل أحدا ينشط لمثله عند عالم آخر، أو في فن آخر، كالأصول مثلا

نقلَ الشيخُ ابن أبي عمر في 📚 الشرح الكبير عن 📚 المحرر للمجد (رحمة الله عليهما) في مواضع كثيرة .. فهل نعتبر هذا من زيادات الشارح على ما اصطلح عليه؟ ج: نعم.

في 📚 (سنن سعيد بن منصور) : أنّ رجلًا من قريش سألَ سعيدَ بن المُسيّب عن مسألةٍ، فقال: ائتِ عروةَ (يعني: ابن الزبير) فاسأله، ثم ارجع إليَّ فأخبِرني ما يقول لك. فسألَ عروةَ فأجابه، ثم رجع إلى سعيد فأخبره بجواب عروة، فقال: صدقَ عروة، القولُ ما قال. وفيه: أنه لا بأس بمثل هذا الفعل من المفتي والمستفتي، ولا وجه للمنع منه!
