But then I realized, wait, they published evidence, in the media — this is the Russian equivalent of an open and shut case. The form has been filled out, the bureaucratic requirements met. So there WILL be a response.
The only question is, will it be more bombing of the 404 Whipping Boy, or an actual strike against a NATO asset to send a message.

Russian hackers have obtained evidence of NATO's direct involvement in strikes on Russian territory, according to documents they anonymously provided to TASS.
"Bart De Wachter is a specialist in hybrid warfare. He currently works for HAVN (Hybrid Analyse Vigilant Network), an organization linked to [Ukraine's] Special Operations Forces and NATO intelligence," the hackers' statement reads.
They claim De Wachter sent…

5 Aug 2026, 20:04 UTC393 views48 reactionsread 7 August 2026 The "40-day influence campaign" was obviously a PR stunt. The equivalent of V-2 attacks on London. Doing as much damage militarily (i.e. none) but terrorizing civilians. Didn't matter then, won't matter now. The Empire and its minions are out of missiles, according to their own media (possible psyop, but they do hate the Bad Orange Man enough to wish him harm with such disclosures, so draw your own conclusions), so 4…

On Saturday evening, they bombed a restaurant in Moscow, reportedly aiming at an Air Force general celebrating his birthday. Killed a bunch of innocents instead.
Kiev is now asking for a ceasefire. I wouldn't give it to them.

OTD in 1914, Austria-Hungary began the Great War by shelling Belgrade.
Vienna wanted a short, victorious war against the weakened Serbia, using as pretext the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand exactly a month prior, in Sarajevo.
Looking through photo archives, I stumbled upon a caption of a tavern in Belgrade, described as the “Okhrana coffeehouse… in which the murderers of the Austrian heir to the throne for…

Honestly, the best monument to them would be sending 404 to Hades, just like its predecessor, the Thousand-Year Reich.

He just happened to be at the wrong exhibition.
And in the wrong country.

My very cautious assessment is that Russia might actually getting around to doing what needs doing. One can tell that by both the volume and the subject of squeals from 404.

Showing the 12 most recent of 13 posts we hold for @thenebulator. View and reaction counts are the latest single reading for each post, not a live figure, and a recent post is still accumulating both. A view count marked ≈ was rounded by Telegram before we ever saw it — t.me prints views in full below 1,000 and to three significant figures above, so ≈1,200,000 means somewhere between 1,150,000 and 1,249,999. Unmarked counts are exact. Text is reproduced from the public post preview and truncated for length.
