💁♂️ Абсолютно логично оценивать регулирование ИИ при помощи ИИ. Поэтому заключение Opus 4.8 законопроект № 1271570-8 "О поддержке развития технологий искусственного интеллекта в Российской Федерации" с учетом прошлой редакции и заключения ИЦЧП вполне решает задачи правового управления ГД и не только.

А вот оно, единообразие судебной практики во всей красе: пока в столице во всех грехах перед РАО обвинили вещателей, в Чебоксарах плательщиком дани сделали онлайн-кинотеатр. Ситуация там более чем интересная: телеканал учредил физлицо, а лицензию на вещание никто не получал. Канал, по всей видимости, использовался как этакий карманный СМИ онлайн-кинотеатра - в том смысле, что тот контролировал контент, туда входящи…

А меморандум-то не простой, а золотой. РАО предъявил иск к редакции-вещателю Сан Порто ТВ. Требовали дань за музыку, включенную в аудиовизуальные произведения. А «изюминка» была в том, что телеканал транслировался не в классической кабельной сети операторов связи, а в онлайн-кинотеатре Кион. АСГМ иск удовлетворил, деликатно обойдя рассуждения по поводу того, что трансляция осуществлялась в интернете, а аккредитация…

Я считаю, что после краха РАО в споре о «цепочке договоров» мы можем зафиксировать, что любые формы распоряжения исключительным правом с точки зрения догмы представляют собой правопреемство. Поспорим? 🤓
