Вообще не похоже, чтобы Ханой (Москва) начал осознавать "реальность" как требующую каких-то уступок, какого-то более здравого компромисса. Ну может быть пример с Ираном их напугал. В конце концов это уже у самых южных границ, сравнительно рядом. Но вообще сейчас трудно поверить, что этот намёк означает, будто в Кремле отойдут от своего старого принципа "Или по-нашему, или никак" и предложат что-то более умеренное.
Первое стоящее внимания событие в контексте актуальных переговоров. Это означает только, что у Северного Вьетнама (России) появился какой-то новый подход. Новая модель соглашения, которую они хотят продвинуть. Но раньше, как правило, когда Ханой (Москва) заявлял об "изменении реалий", это означало ужесточение их позиции. Следим, какую конкретику выдадут дальше.
Как мы видим на графике «доступности электроэнергии для украинских потребителей в %», началось оно в аккурат после Рождества и достигло своего пика 9 февраля. Когда к электроэнергии было подключено менее четверти украинских потребителей. И потом быстрый «выход из пике» до уровня 80% на сегодняшний день. То есть мы были очень близки к выносу всей системы, но … она устояла. И думаю, в следующем году (если война продл…

Потому что, где Иран, а где Южный Вьетнам? 💁♂ Но странно, что из всей ленты по теме (кроме вороха неинформативных обсуждений и слухов) с утра только новости про удары в Иране, какой-то сокрушительный ответ Ирана и пожары на курортах Персидского залива, а теперь только обсуждают жив или мёртв главный аятолла. Кстати, таки мёртв.
7 человек погибли при атаке украинских беспилотников на химический завод в Смоленской области, не менее 10 получили ранения, сообщает Следственный комитет. По данным ведомства, ВСУ атаковали предприятие как минимум 30 беспилотниками. Начался пятый год войны.
