Я раньше занимался помощью принудительно госпитализированным. Главврач в больнице - (жестокий) царь и бог. Будет почти всегда как скажет. Пациенты не имеют права ни на что, в том числе и на связь и адвокатов (если туда попадешь и чем-то не понравишься или есть шкурный интерес то без распоряжения из больницы невозможно выйти буквально, и ничего нельзя сделать), результаты тестов и экспертиз изменить легче чем руки пом…
Ребёнка жёстко газлайтят. Она точно знает и помнит маму. А ей вдалбливают, что мама - это вот эта вот чужая тётка. На внутренние переживания и какую-то свою борьбу с этой идиотией у девочки, я прям уверена, уходит колоссальное количество энергии.

Существующая на сегодня система государственной психиатрической помощи находится в глубочайшем кризисе.
Госэкспертизы пишутся максимально некачественно и очень формально - здоровых родителей не бывает, бывают только недообследованные, все всегда больны и опасны.
При этом никакой вообще ответственности…
Да, психиатрическая экспертиза, назначена судьей Акуловой в Любинском районном суде при рассмотрении дела об ограничении в родительских правах Александры Плотниковой.
Но даже в этом случае, экспертиза не является обязательной, так как в нашей стране ВСЕ медицинские манипуляции производят только с добровольного согласия.
Саша Плотникова отказалась от проведения экспертизы и добровольно не явилась в психиатрическую б…
Сегодня, 12 августа,
Александру Плотникову принудительно увезли на психиатрическую экспертизу.
Беременную мать двоих детей ввели в заблуждение, обманули и увезли в город.
Сотрудник социальной службы шантажировала мать и угрожала тем, что опять отберут детей.
Дети Александры две маленькие девочки были возвращены домой после давления общественности только в понедельник 10 августа.
Девочки находились в Доме малютк…
Вы не поверите, после публикации адвокату, которая уже почти доехала в Петербург только что звонили из Солецкого суда с великодушным разрешением все-таки ознакомиться с материалами дела и... просили это сделать как можно скорее. Потому что сроки:

Традиционно опека проявляет семьесберегающий подход исключительно в адрес "семей", составленных извращенским способом из странных взрослых и чужих детей при непосредственном опечном участии. Очень усердно защищаюит детей от их кровной родни.
