Почему у меня ощущение, что Самокат ВСЁ.
Во-первых, когда он стал частью Сбера, это в какой-то момент дало буст: масштабирование, инвестиции, выход в небольшие города. Но! ИМХО сам продукт сильно сдал позиции. Вот я цифровая, и самая что ни на есть ядро их ЦА, не могу пользоваться приложением. Юикс юай, сиджиэм не интуитивен. Корзина обычно собирается как в магазе: заходишь и набираешь товары по категориям– у Самока…
Социопрос. Пользуетесь ли вы Самокатом? И изменилось ли у вас взаимодействие с ним за последние годы?
У меня есть теория, что Самокат как будто сдаёт. Но нужна выборка больше, чем моя голова. Поэтому скажите: пользуетесь / не пользуетесь, стали чаще или реже, что поменялось. Можно проголосовать или написать в комментариях — интересно собрать реальную картину.
