Назначение на высокие должности детей доверенных соратников и постепенная карьера отдельных родственников (на примере Минобороны РФ) - и есть тот самый "транзит власти", о котором все так долго с придыханием писали. Выбран максимально консервативный сценарий, что, впрочем, неудивительно.

Почитал всё, что пишут про Турчака, подумал сам, повспоминал взаимодействие с ним, проверил свои гипотезы на умных коллегах и вставлю свои пять копеек. Безусловно, прощание и назначение прошло непривычно сухо, хотя если оценивать работу в ЕР, то Турчака объективно есть за что благодарить. При нём ЕР свой электоральный результат очень улучшила. Недавно пережил любопытный level-up на профессиональном пути. Впервые в рамках одного проекта готовил тезисы для выступления Президента и первого замглавы АП. Приятно, что были приняты почти без правок. 😊

Коллега меня чуть поправил. Безусловно, «консервы» готовы, я это и имел в виду, когда писал «явно согласованы» (в смысле публично). Сегодня дали старт ещё двоим – губернаторам Астраханской и Волгоградской областей. Я бы усомнился в устойчивости глав Липецкой области и Горного Алтая. Порка Паслера и Шумкова тоже теоретически возможна.

Сегодня стартует ПГ ЕР (aka праймериз), которое продлится до 24 мая. Традиционно это считается началом активной избирательной кампании, особенно в легислатуры. Пока идёт вяленько, из 13 кампаний в региональные ЗС более-менее заметна только в Мосгордуму. В принципе, неудивительно, все ресурсы выгребла президентская кампания.
