我不喜欢发节日祝福,因为我从来不认为某个日子有特殊的意义,如果有那也仅仅是假期与工作日的区别。 不论是复制粘贴一句“xx快乐”还是不知道从哪里复制来的一段祝福文案,所有这些都让我感到厌烦。 我甚至认为这样密集的所谓祝福,对接受者来说是一种负担。

一想之美下的虚拟主播 B站一直以来给我推荐虚拟主播,但我不觉得有趣,也就谈不上了解。甚至无法理解,我的朋友对我说虚拟主播和其他主播没什么区别。 直到一首由虚拟主播翻唱的歌曲打动了我,我觉得这首歌超越了原唱,我迫不及待的听了他其他的翻唱,由此开始了解这个圈子。 看了几场直播后,我感到直播间的氛围有一点诡异,但又说不上来。因此我并未融入这个圈子,而是以一个观察者静静看着这一切。 直到我看到了虚拟主播演唱会的直播,那氛围让我恍然大悟,虚拟主播本质是偶像产业,那股诡异感则是我对台下一群人对着台上几个人狂热崇拜的场景感到恐惧。 在描述美的时候,郭德纲常用一想之美,你觉得这个人有多好看他就有多好看。偶像产业正是利用了这个原理,通过全方面的形象塑造让“粉丝”产生美好的幻想,形成近似宗教般的狂热。 此时的偶像“离神已经很近了”,如果作出与原本形象塑造不符的事,哪怕这件事在普通人中很普遍,也会破坏形象基础,由此产生的美好幻想也会如空中…

过去的一年,我饱受失眠困扰,睡眠时间在5.5-6.5小时徘徊持续一周左右,又恢复正常(8—9小时)3-4天周而复始。 这使得我原本建立的生活:规律运动、饮食控制、阅读习惯被彻底摧毁,体重从最低72kg涨到最高78kg(目前回调至75kg),更新频道的内容更是力不从心。 为了解决失眠问题到医院开安眠药,但医生只给我开了“话疗处方”(小镇全科医生可能也没有权限),我此时便秘,开塞露不解决长期问题顺便看了,医生给我开了乳果糖并嘱咐一天喝1.5升水。 当晚我睡了10个小时,原本以为不过是又一轮的失眠循环,一周后我才敢确认失眠已经解决了,而原因是水摄入不足。
