🔻کاربرانی که رمز خود را به‌خاطر ندارند با شماره موبایلی که در اپلیکیشن ثبت‌نام کرده‌اند به شماره 09120191768 یک پیامک با متن: درخواست رمز عبور ارسال نمایند تا رمز موقت برایشان ایجاد شود. ضمنا طی یک هفته‌ی آینده این کار، به‌صورت خودکار و از طریق خود برنامه قابل انجام است.
