Последние два поста, так получилось, про одного из моих работодателей, компанию Союзснаб. В целом, там было круто. Я пришел туда молодым начинающим флейвористом с мизерным опытом - ушел полностью квалифицированным и, не побоюсь этого слова, одним из лучших на моей родине. Я пришел туда, когда ароматизаторы там разрабатывали путем разбавления концентрата, купленного в европе. Ушел из полноценного и топового для родины…

Мой старый работодатель, к которому я питаю разные чувства, решил записать ролик про то, как они круто делают ароматизаторы. Ничего более тупого и непрофессионального я не встречал в жизни. Вырезал лишь несколько секунд. Фишечка в том, что прекрасный ароматизатор Дюшес собирается 5-10 "молекул", средний - из 15, хуевый - из 25. Немного опасный пост, но. Учитесь, дети, то ли маркетингу, то ли умению набрать денег на бессмысленный проект, то ли умению списать денег на бессмысленный проект. Тиоуксусная кислота вообще не нужна в производстве ароматизаторов. Фишечка ее в том, что она удобный реагент для синтеза меркаптанов (и далее их производных), которые уже нужны для производства ароматики. И эти меркаптаны действительно могут стоить дорог…

В продолжение к предыдущему посту. Я, конечно, привык всех ругать за косяки, и своих, и чужих, и всех посередине, но Лену (съедобный научпоп) ругать трудно. Немного даже завидую что ли спокойной рассудительности ее текстов, которой у меня никогда и не было, даже в мирной позапрошлой жизни. Кажется, здесь лучшее место, чтобы написать про бромированное растительное масло (о котором упомянула эксперт по всему Анча Баранова, послушав фокс ньюс). Если вы видели напитки типа Фанты или Миринды, вы заметили, что они мутные. Мутные они потому что при их производстве используется не просто ароматизатор, а ароматическая эмульсия. Не любители, которые для удовольствия,что то мешают и нюхают, а те, которые якобы профессионалы, которые работают в парфюмерных компаниях и постоянно пишут в своих сетях "я сегодня покакал утром намазал такой аромат, а вечером другой, а днем носил третий".
