Сегодня смог в 5-ый раз решиться на погружение в прорубь. Каждый раз как первый раз. Ежегодная традиция. Сегодня -16°, ветра почти не было. Вода с коркой льда пришлось пробиваться. Декабрь 2025 Немного статистики за год - медленный бег. Начал медленно бегать в декабре 2024 (начало тут). На дорожке за 60 мин пробегал 5км пульс 129 В мае на улице за 60 мин пробегал 7.69км пульс 135-138 Сейчас (в декабре) на дорожке за 86 мин пробегаю 10км пульс 128 Продолжаю эксперимент.
