بعض الناس يذكرني بآلفريد آيير، وهو أحد أقطاب الوضعية المنطقية، حُكِي أنه دُعي ذات مرة إلى حفلة تعرّضت فيها فتاة للمضايقة من أحد الضيوف، فهبّ لنجدتها، وإذا بالمعتدي يقول: أتعرف من أنا؟ أنا مايك تايسون، أشهر مصارع! فأجاب: وأنا آلفريد آيير، أشهر منطقي، كلانا بارز في ميدانه، وأقترح لو سمحت حل الخلاف بطريقة عقلانية!!

أكثروا من شكر الله بعد ختام صوم شهر رمضان، وتذكَّروا قوله تعالى: {ولتكملوا العدة ولتكبروا الله على ما هداكم ولعلكم تشكرون}. ولا تجعلوا مجالس الأعياد يغلب فيها الشكوى للخلق بسبب سوء الأحوال الاقتصادية؛ فعلى ما أعطانا الله، ولو بالقليل، علينا أن نُعوِّد أنفسنا على شكره تعالى وذكره وطلب الحوائج منه. فلا تكن طباع بعض المجالس التي تغلب عليها الشكوى تغلب على طباعكم؛ فالله يقول: {لئن شكرتم لأزيدنكم}.

من المحزن أن بعض الناس يأتي لأداء صلاة العيد بملابسه التي يستحي أن يزور بها أقاربه وأصحابه! بل يُوفّر على نفسه لباس العيد الجديد أو الأجود فلا يلبسه إلاّ حين يذهب للزيارات. هل ينسى هؤلاء أنّ الله تعالى يقول: { خذوا زينتكم عند كل مسجد}. وقد ثبت عن رسول الله بأسانيد جياد أنّه كان يلبس أجمل ثيابه في يوم العيد، ويتزيّن بها يوم العيد.
