今日聽到的不好的消息﹐兩名逃去英國的手足﹐因為政治庇護不成功(或政庇無望﹐生活無着)﹐走投無路只好回港﹐立即被捕。之前﹐有兩名未成年的手足﹐因沒有監護人﹐申請政庇後被安排去寄養家庭(foster care)﹐生活得十分不開心﹐考慮回港坐監﹐家長們極力勸慰﹐結果如何未知。 手足在英國申請政治庇護﹐大多不成功﹐因為英國內政部用一份2020年2月的國家報告作為指引﹐例如﹐報告說只有 high profile 抗爭者回香港會有危險﹐等于普通抗爭者回香港沒危險。另外﹐英國的香港組織沒有經驗豐富的人士協助﹐未能把申請材料證據整理好﹐只有依靠律師﹐但律師不懂中文及香港的情況。加上﹐英國申請庇護不准打工﹐只有微少生活津貼﹐令手足生活極艱難…… 轉載自幫忙海外手足政府人士
