「熊仔餅」等2人企圖搶槍罪成囚6年官：以惡霸姿態欺負交通警、傷勢咎由自取 2019年11月「大三罷」，西灣河有警員開槍射傷男學生「熊仔餅」周柏均，事後他需切除右腎及肝葉。他與中學同學胡子鍵被指企圖搶去警員佩槍，兩人否認企圖搶劫及阻差等三罪，審訊後兩人所有罪名成立，還柙至今（30日）在區域法院判刑。「熊仔餅」周柏均及胡子鍵均判囚6年。法官謝沈智慧指，兩人以惡霸姿態上前欺負交通警，公然挑戰警方權力，而被告的傷勢是咎由自取。辯方指周柏均槍傷後有腸黏連等後遺症，可能會導致生命危險，惟謝官批評其說法誇張失實，與醫生報告有出入，認為辯方誤導法庭。剪短頭髮的「熊仔餅」在開庭前向親友揮手及微笑，有旁聽人士稱：「熊仔餅撐住呀！保重呀！」，散庭後稱：「睇住阿媽呀！」有女親友在聞判後痛哭。稍後有詳細報導。
