وقتی شروع میکنی به مرزگذاریهای تازه، ممکنه احساس گناه زیادی داشته باشی. این اتفاق طبیعیه. اولین تمرینهای مرزگذاری چون خلاف عادتهای قدیمی هستن، ممکنه حتی آزار دهنده باشن.
