「欲加之罪 何患無辭 影視及新聞界寒冬將至」 有鑑於香港電台電視紀錄片節目《鏗鏘集 —— 721誰主真相》編導蔡玉玲小姐因查冊以涉嫌違反《道路交通條例》及網媒《娛賓》女記者因工作以涉嫌《公眾地方行為不檢》被檢控拘捕，本會表示極度憤怒，並在此嚴正譴責警方無理拘捕以及羅織罪名以打壓傳媒，製造寒蟬效應。前者抹黑記者不法，圖改寫去年「七二一」警黑合作之實；後者更是徹頭徹尾的暴力無理濫捕，為的就是禁止女記者攝錄真相。 雖然兩位罪名看似不重，而蔡玉玲小姐也已獲准保釋，未來卻要面對纏訟的日子。這正正揭示警方，乃至整個香港政府，將會打壓傳媒、新聞以至影視等傳播行業的手法，若政權稍不高興，就可以隨便將我們拘捕，久之，達到完全禁制《基本法》第二十七條「香港居民享有言論、新聞、出版的自由，結社、集會、遊行、示威的自由，組織和參加工會、罷工的權利和自由」所賦予的人權和自由，以至創作自由。 寒冬將至，寄語各位同行，挺身而出還是噤若寒蟬，退此一步，可能…

【立法會競選團隊於清水灣電影製片廠拍攝政團宣傳片疑遭負責人政治打壓】 某積極考慮參選立法會新界東席位的競選團隊今日（6日）於清水灣電影製片廠（下稱清片）拍攝政團宣傳片時，遭清片廠長李先生以聽到口號聲不舒服等藉口打壓阻撓拍攝，甚至要求審視拍攝內容。雖然幾經周旋後，拍攝得以順利完成，事件卻暴露了電影及創意工業全面政治審查的端倪，本會對此表示強烈憤怒及遺憾。 香港國安法未立，竟然已有電影製片廠恐嚇以言入罪，在團隊已交付租金情況下無理要求停止拍攝，干預創作自由。創作自由及表達政見的自由，作為香港這個國際都會的核心價值之一，乃不可或缺之基石。作為聞名遐邇的電影創意工業一部分，製片廠不應且無權干涉廣告乃至電影創作自由。 我們認為清片今日之行為已經對創作自由作出干預，本籌員會呼籲大眾社會一同關注事件，阻止政治打壓風氣蔓延。本籌委會同時要求清水灣電影製片廠公開向所有同業交代事件始末，並承諾今後將不再干預創作自由、不再作政治打壓、不再傷害香…
