من آثار الجهل وترك التفقه في الدين وآثار الغفلة والتفاهة أن يقوم الإنسان بالتأثير على غيره ممن يتفقه في الدين ويطلب معالي الأمور ويحرص على وقته فيشغله بالأمور التافهة ويطالبه بمشاركته بإضاعة الأوقات من قيل وقال ولهو ولعب. فبعض البطالين إذا رأى من يحفظ القرآن ويراجعه أو طالب علم حريص على وقته، قد لا يثبطهم عن هذا الخير لكن يشغلهم -بغير شعور وهذا هو الجهل- بدعوتهم لمجالس اللهو ونُزه البَطالة.
إن نام طالب العلم بعد الفجر فمتى يحصّل البركة؟ ومتى ينجز؟ ومتى يحفظ ويراجع ويعكف؟ #همة
فإنَّ طلب العلم الشرعيِّ من الجهاد في سبيل الله، بل هو أحدُ نوعي الجهاد، الذي لا يقومُ به إلا خواصُّ الخلق، وهو الجهادُ بالقول واللسان للكفار والمنافقين، والجهادُ على تعليم أمور الدين وعلى ردِّ نزاع المخالفين للحقِّ، ولو كانوا من المسلمين. - الشيخ عبد الرحمن السعدي.

العلم لا يطلبه إلا من سمت همته لإدراك المعالي، ولله كم بين العلم والمعالي من تجانس لفظي!! فمن أراد العلمَ جعل طلبه من أولوياته وحرص على تحصيله بحسب مُكنته. ثم تبقى الوسائل أسبابًا يتفاوت فيها الناس بحسب قدراتهم ومعيشتهم. وإني لأجزم -راجياً ومحسناً الظن بالله عز وجل- أن من لا يملك من وقته إلا القليل، إلا دقائق، ثم جعله في طلبِ علمِ آية أو حديث أو مسألة، ليحشرنّه الله تعالى مع السالكين الملتمسين علماً، وبالله التوفيق، …
