Сбербанк приостановил прием новых заявок на сельскую ипотеку. Решение связано повышенным спросом на указанную программу ипотечного льготного кредитования. Как уточнили в Сбере, приём заявок был открыт 15 сентября, за это время банк принял заявок на общую сумму 20 млрд рублей.

Есть шанс, что цены может немного остановятся или пойдут вниз. Плюс еще: ВТБ вслед за Сбербанком снизил размер первоначального взноса на вторичное жилье, включая и апартаменты, с 15% до 10%. Эта опция будет доступна всем заемщикам в срок до 31 декабря 2022 г. Произошло это сразу после заявления Центробанка о вводе дополнительных 2-х пунктов риска к жилищным займам с первоначальным взносом до 10%.
