刚刚（北京时间十六点）发布的第二次情况通报全文，同样由北京朝阳发布，《北京日报》转发： 6月26日，北京市朝阳区东三环附近发生一轻型运动航空器碰撞高层建筑。接报后，有关部门即开展调查处置工作，13名伤员经救治无生命危险，其中1名已出院。经查，涉事航空器为阿若拉SA60L的单发双座螺旋桨轻型飞机，注册号B-12PP；航空器驾驶员刘某某（男，66岁，本市人），自由职业者，离异独居，2021年考取运动飞行执照，2024年考取私用飞行执照。事发当日下午，刘某某在平谷区一通用机场驾驶飞机起飞，先后进行伴飞和独立飞行，在独立飞行时偏离设定区域并与机场失联，随后与高层建筑发生碰撞，当场死亡。刘某某长期失眠焦虑，日记中多次出现“结束生命”的表述。综合调查认定，此系一起因个人原因造成的危害公共安全案件。
