Подъехали итоги по продажам за май 2026 года. У нас первое место по выручке и продаваемой площади среди всех девелоперов Тюмени. Что особенно приятно, так это отсутствие у нас всяких диких скидок, как у некоторых наших коллег по рынку (не буду показывать пальцем, вы и так их все знаете — с −40% к цене и паркингом/кладовкой/бейсболкой в подарок). Сегодня утром лично лицезрел огромную очередь на одной из заправок «Газпромнефти», и, что забавно, в 200 метрах находится заправка «Лукойла», и там никого нет. Искренне удивлён тому, как наши сограждане впадают в панику и бегут скупать всё подряд. Помню, в конце 2014 года все почему-то побежали покупать гречку и ламинат — у народа была уверенность в том, что ни гречки, ни ламината больше не будет. И в моменте гречки…
