Разгадка вчерашнего эксперимента 🕵️♀️ Спасибо, что угадывали! 👏 Это был ягодный вкус — черника. Вернее, должна была быть она 😄 Цвет получился просто космический — лавандовый, нежный. Без глазировки эта конфета похожа на красивую планету 🌍✨ А вот со вкусом — облом. Черника вообще не чувствуется. Просто сладенько — и всё. Плюс ганаш получился очень густым и неподатливым.
