Если переводить на обычный язык - в текущей ситуации ЦБ не видит просвета, дальше будет хуже… Но рост цен в недвижимости продолжится и скорее всего даже усилится… но это будут проценты, когда цены на бензин за неделю выросли уже на десятки %, и это потянет за собой остальные цены - продукты, стройматериалы, мебель, сантехника и вообще все… Но кто это считает… б…

Эта история с покупкой квартиры с торгов завершилась еще в апреле. Незаконные жильцы оперативно съехали (никакого насилия, только законные аргументы), квартиру отмыли с помощью профессиональных мастеров чистоты и выставили на продажу. Через 2 месяца нашли покупателей, сделку по продаже закрыли ровно через 3 месяца после покупки. Итоговая прибыльность вложений (за минусом всех расходов и налогов) - более 60% годовых…

Работая на подборе объектов к покупке, иногда хочется позвонить агенту и по-смирновски проорать в трубку: "Зачем, ссука, ты это разместил в рекламе?!!" Объект за, внимание, 63 млн. р.... Что должен подумать потенциальный покупатель, видя это?....
