Девочки, ищу вот такую книгу про плавание - может кто-то знает где взять? Почему-то очень дорогие версии только можно найти, она будто исчезла вообще )) Очень много отзывов классных слышала про эту методику - как плавать без сопротивления, а наоборот за счет взаимодействия с водой 💧

Зеленое и красное летом - это же 💗💗💗! Что чувствуете? 😍 Мне приятно, вкусно, мечтательно и итальянско местами 🍅 ЗЫ зелень стала сразу нарезать всю, храню в холодильнике и в морозилке уже готовом виде , ооочень удобно А оливковое масло последнее купила греческого производства Оно оказалось очень горьким - и говорят что так и надо 🙁 Расстроилась! Знали такое про греческое масло? 😳 Но всё равно лето это очень вкус

По привычке хочется все понять, кажется без этого не получится проконтролировать, но чуть чуть осознанности накопилось и в такие моменты вспоминаю что чувства покажут истину, а контроль лучше отдать Богу 😁
