Весь город засыпан песком и мелким гравием, по всей видимости, оставшимся с зимы. Никто ничего убирать не спешит. Автомобили зачастую не могут нормально затормозить: гравий работает как смазка. Из-за этого происходит множество аварий. Не говоря уже о том, что Улан-Удэ превратился в самый пыльный город страны, светлая обувь за неделю становится черной. Да и лёгкие горожан такими же.
