Открытие памятника Балабанову в Екатеринбурге — это очень круто, и это пример того, как нужно действовать местным властям в культурном поле. Из научного интереса решил проголосовать на праймериз ЕР. Чтобы увидеть процесс изнутри, так сказать. Авторизовался через «Госуслуги».
