23. лютого 1877: Польскій історик права Пшемыслав Домбковскій вродил ся во Львові 🇺🇦 († 1950). Його баданя о Галичыні, а предовшыткым о саноцкій земли в XV-XVI ст., містят в собі богаты даны о соспільных, етнічных і правных одношынях медже лемківскым селянством і польском шляхтом.
23. фебруара 1750: Йоан Кутка, сященник и педаґоґ, родив ся в Сукові 🇸🇰 († 1812). Выдав церьковно-славянськый букварь из значным уплывом русинської бесіды и два церьковно-славянські катехізмы. «Малый» катехізм 1801. року быв перевыданый онь 10 раз — послідньый раз у 1931. році.

22. фебруара 1928: Лінґвіста Павло Чучка ся родив у Баранинцьох 🇺🇦 († 2016). Спеціалізовав ся на антропонімії, выдав дакулько робут за особові назвы на Пудкарпатю. Другі Чучковы публікації критикуют карпаторусинськый рух в Украйині по 1989. рокови.

22. лютого 1814: Оскар Кольберґ, фолкльориста, етноґраф і музиколоґ, вродил ся в Пжысушы 🇵🇱 († 1890). Перепровадил етноґрафічны експедициі на східній Лемковині і Підкарпатскій Руси. Його матеріалы, выданы посмертно, містят в собі описы материяльной культуры Карпатскых Русинів.

14. фебруара 1966: Звонимир Няради, белетрист и литературни критичар, народзел ше у Руским Керестуре 🇷🇸 († 1993). Його лирска поезия виполнєна зоз интелектуалнима квалитетами и глїбокима рефлексиями о швеце и о власней особи. Бул вецейнїсти побиднїк поетского фестивала Струни шерца.

14. фебруара 1919: Григорій Жаткович и Юлій Ґардош приходят на Паризьку мирну конференцію як преставителі Америцької народної рады угорськых русинув (АНРУР). Рішеня АНРУР за злученя Пудкарпатської Руси з Чехословакійов стало частьов Сен-Жерменського мирного договора, што й рішило статус території.

14. лютого 1894: Симеон Пыж, соспільный діяч і публициста, вродил ся в Вапенным 🇵🇱 († 1957). Брал участ в вельох лемківскых ініциативах. В 1922 повандрувал до Америкы, был єдным з основателів Американьского Карпаторуского Центра і Лемківского Допомогового Комітета. Автор вельох статий о жытю Лемків.

14. фебруара 1892: У Вілксберію 🇺🇸 основаноє Соєдиненіє грекокатоличеськых руськых братств (GCU), майстарша з дотеперь фунґуючых карпаторусинськых братськых орґанізацій у США. Соєдиненіє давало свойим членам и общинам економічну и културну пудпору, до 1945 брало участь у політиці Карпатської Руси.

14. фебруара 1732: Йоан Брадач, єпископ мукачовськый, родив ся в Торисках 🇸🇰 († 1772). Прилучив ся до завершеня субординації Мукачовської єпархії римокатолицькому єпископови у Яґрі. Кой єпархія удновила свою окрему юрисдикцію, став єї владыком. Кроме того ся впознают Брадачовы букварь и молитвенник.
13. фебруара 1948: Гелена Медєши, линґвистка и редакторка, народзела ше у Руским Керестуре. Коредакторка сербско-руского (1995, 1997) и руско-сербского (2010) словнїкох, нового виданя правопису руского язика (2021). Медєши тиж була и главна редакторка «Руского слова».

12. фебруара 1939: У Карпатськуй Украйині проходят парламентські выборы, на котрых провладна партія, Українське національне об’єднання (92.5%), была фактично єдинов — опозиції ся не дали зареґістровати. Розслідовати нарушеня порядку не встигли — уже 15. марта К. У. проголосила свою независимость.
