Сможет. За две недели. Но только тем способом, который ему самому не понравится.
За год с 1 июля 2025 года из банков снято 3 428 млрд наличными. Это 55% всего оттока за период начиная с 2021 года. За год сняли больше, чем за предыдущие четыре с половиной года вместе.
За это же время ЦБ предоставил банкам краткосрочной ликвидности на 4 638 млрд.
