مشروطه سرانجام به یک نهاد پایدار سیاسی در ایران تبدیل نشد؛ بااینوجود آنقدر آن تلاش ارزش داشت که نسبت به ۱۲۰ سالگی آن بیتفاوت نباشیم. ۱۲۰ سالگی صدور فرمان مشروطه گرامی باد.
