壹傳媒工會：警翻閲記者文件 超手令範圍侵犯新聞自由 警方繼續封鎖壹傳媒集團將軍澳總部調查。壹傳媒工會發言人林偉聰表示，有警員曾經翻閲記者文件，做法侵犯新聞自由。林偉聰表示，早上傳出多名高層被捕的消息後，超過200名警員和多輛警車很快就包圍集團大樓，由於疫情關係，很多職員在家工作，並非太多人在公司，他透過《蘋果日報》直播收看警方行動。林偉聰引述警方國安處高級警司李桂華表示，行動並非檢取新聞材料，但他說，多名警員曾經肆意翻閲記者桌上的文件資料，明顯侵犯報社的法律權益，以及超越手令權力範圍，嚴重侵犯新聞自由，在場的總編輯多次要求查閱警方手令內容，亦被拒絕。林偉聰又說，如果警方只是搜查幾名高層的辦公室，為何動用數百警力重重包圍大樓，他質疑當局和警方企圖向報社施壓，相信員工會繼續緊守崗位。 2020-08-10 13:26:26

過百警員到壹傳媒總部 集團通知員工突發狀況暫不上班 消息指，壹傳媒創辦人黎智英涉嫌違反《港區國安法》勾結外國或境外勢力罪被捕，他早上乘坐警方7人車抵達九龍城警署，同一輛車早上10時許離開警署。另外，過百名警員進入壹傳媒將軍澳工業邨總部調查，集團通知員工不用上班。集團向員工發通知，指將軍澳辦公室有突發狀況，暫時不要上班，在途中的同事即時折返。集團又表示，穿梭巴士將因應要求暫停來回將軍澳廠房至調景嶺的服務，已經上班的同事需留在座位工作，等候下一步指示。 2020-08-10 10:29:21
