Государственные флаги приспустили на территории Кабардино-Балкарии в связи с терактом в подмосковном «Крокус сити холле» Президент России Владимир Путин объявил 24 марта днем общенационального траура в память о жертвах теракта в «Крокус Сити Холле». Вчера в Нальчике прошла акция скорби по погибшим в теракте. Почтить память погибших пришли сотни людей. Они принесли цветы и зажгли свечи.
