Хороший вопрос всей кбр-телеге. Никто не поймет молодежь лучше, чем молодежь, поэтому в идеале – искать кадры среди членов молодежной палаты и муниципальных молодежных активистов. Они обязательно должны быть горячими головами и главными идеологами МП в КБР, но на руководящие должности могут не претендовать из-за отсутствия опыта.
